Is AR Naturals cruelty-free?
Yes. We never test on animals, and we never will. Every product is made with that as a non-negotiable.
What's actually in your products, and what's not?
Our formulas are plant-based, small-batch, and made with intention and made without parabens, sulfates, and artificial colors. We prioritize the health of your skin and the environment by choosing ingredients that are both safe and effective.
Can I use AR Naturals products if I have sensitive skin?
Every skin tells a different story, and sensitive skin deserves extra care. We recommend patch testing any new product first. If you have specific concerns, reach out. We're happy to help you figure out what's right for you.
Are AR Naturals products vegan?
Not all of them. Manuka honey is core to our story and shows up in select products, and you'll also find ingredients like goat milk in others. We believe in using what effective and gentle ingredients, even when that means stepping outside strict vegan formulas. If that matters to you, check the ingredient list on each product page before you buy, or reach out and we'll help you find the right fit.
What is your return policy?
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service within 30 days of receipt for a return authorization and instructions.

AR Naturals ships monthly or quarterly, with a fixed set of oils and balms you can count on, plus a rotating flex item from the studio. Founding Members (only 20 spots) lock in their price for life, customize their scents, and get a bonus product with every box. Choose monthly at $55 or quarterly at $125 to join.
